About the project:

This project included renovations to the first floor of Building 40-2 at the Watervliet Arsenal located in Watervliet, NY. This renovation included the abatement of asbestos containing floor tile and mastic, raising and leveling flooring, installation of epoxy flooring, carpeting, base molding, and the painting of walls and trim. This project was completed using the associated project management, code and regulation compliance, and quality assurance requirements as per the scope of work as required by our client.
