Our team will provide timely janitorial services that leave all of the serviceable space inside your business spotless, neat, and a positive work environment. By introducing a work management plan, there will be no confusion between either party during the contract time period and to establish a baseline of quality and timeliness of our proposed operations. The purpose of this plan will clearly identify the frequencies that each task will be scheduled to be completed, barring any unforeseen service interruptions. JOliva will categorize all tasks to be done during the work day. Tasks interpreted as occasional or periodic, such as floor care, are reserved for after-hours or weekends (to be coordinated with the locations POC) unless specified or requested as an Emergency Cleanup.

At each site, our management establishes the requirements of the staff that is needed to perform the job completely and safely. We provide a mandatory two weeks of training for all new employees that includes general and specialized janitorial methods of cleaning, quality control, and customer service. Employees also complete AT-1 and iWatch training when stationed at government facilities. For sites that include medical offices and clinics, we provide bloodborn pathogen training.
