About the project:

This non-personal services contract at the Pedricktown Dredge Material Disposal Area Complex, Salem County, NJ entailed providing personnel and 4 amphibious crawler mounted excavators/ backhoes, 8 articulated dump trucks, 4-D6 bulldozers, 2 tracked excavators and all supervision, facilities, transportation, materials. tools, associated supplies, other items, and non-personal services to accomplish designated drainage and earthwork throughout 1800 acres of earthen dikes and dredged disposal material in the USACE Pedricktown Disposal Area. 

JOliva Enterprises (JOliva) successfully executed this contract in two phases. With production oversight and minimum daily linear footage requirements, all work was monitored daily by USACE staff for progress of moving, shaping, compaction, dike, and stockpile area creation. This contract was completed 6 months ahead of schedule, safely and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
